Honely is a UK renovation planning app, built by Toby and Rowan. We're homeowners ourselves, in the middle of a long renovation of a Victorian terrace, and Honely is the tool we wished we'd had when we started.

We write the guides on this site from what we've learnt going through it ourselves, what we've heard from other homeowners on the same journey, and the data we've pulled together for the app.
